Pigipro ALFF, the Automatic Liquid Flexible Feeder for piglets, was created by Schils almost 6 years ago. The first ALFF (1.0) was produced in a limited edition of 100 pieces and mainly intended for Dutch sow farms, looking for alternatives to creating foster sows. By closely monitoring these farms, we were able to optimize the feeding machine., making it an even better solution on farm. Now here we are, 6 years later. 1,500 Pigipro ALFF’s have been produced and installed worldwide. The Pigipro ALFF 3.0 is a very effective device, aimed at significantly improving technical results on sow farms. The feeding machine for piglets next to the sow contributes to a clear improvement in the farrowing index and overall health of the piglets. The Pigipro ALFF 3.0 is a simple but effective solution for progressive sow farms that strive for higher production without putting extra strain on the sow.

She has been part of Schils Nutridients from the start, managing the supply chain.Who are you, what do you do, and what drives you?Hello, I'm Britt van Gelderen - Supply Chain Assistant at the business unit Schils Nutridients. About 2 years ago, I made the decision to switch to a new employer and I have absolutely no regrets. Working within this team is incredibly challenging and diverse! I ensure that "everything" is arranged behind the scenes. I'm the hub, with all the information. This includes inventory management for the various (international) storage locations and handling import & export of goods. This makes every day different, which makes the work very enjoyable and interesting!Why do you think Schils Nutridients is unique in the market?The way we have our supply chain in order allows us to guarantee high delivery reliability and be very flexible. The various production and inventory locations worldwide ensure that we can almost always deliver or offer a very good alternative. We work with our customers to ensure that they receive the best product, timely, complete, and correctly delivered!
