Apple device discounts
Shopping at the Purdue University Apple site is a great way to take advantage of Apple education pricing on Mac® computers, Apple software, and select accessories. It’s also an easy way to purchase an iPad® or iPhone® and gives you customization and personalization options.
Audio Visual Services
The Audio Visual Services group provides Purdue with leading edge audiovisual systems. AV Services' goal is to enhance teaching and learning in classrooms and labs, while providing intuitive and standardized access to instructional technology. AV Services also provides design and consultation expertise based on current AV trends and innovations to departments when new infrastructure is being planned and can assist with audio visual needs for conferences and events.

BoilerCast Lecture Capture
BoilerCast lecture capture is available in all centrally scheduled classrooms and can be set to record your classes automatically and published to course sites in Brightspace.
BoilerKey: Two-Factor Authentication
BoilerKey was retired on June 27, 2023 and replaced with Purdue Login.
Box @ Purdue
Box is a cloud-based collaboration application that allows for secure file storage and collaboration. As a cloud-based tool, Box regularly makes improvements and adds features to Box and its related applications. Box also integrates with Office 365, and allows for multiple people to edit at the same time, providing a collaborative work environment.
Brightspace
D2L Brightspace is Purdue's learning management system.
Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
Purdue IT’s Business Continuity Planning (BCP) team was established to enable Purdue to continue offering necessary services in the case of a disruptive event.

Career Account
Faculty, staff, and students receive a base Purdue Career Account that allows access to specific services at Purdue, including email, Office 365 and my.purdue.
Cascade: Content Management System
Cascade is a web content management system (CMS) that makes it as easy to create and manage websites while focusing on fresh, quality content and assists with brand standards integration for Purdue University websites.
Classroom Technology
Purdue IT supports instructional technology in centrally scheduled classrooms.
Collaboration Tools
Purdue IT provides a variety of collaboration tools to help teams and individuals work together and share information. Offerings include WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Box, One Drive, Confluence and more.
Computer Labs
Instructional labs provide students and instructors at Purdue's West Lafayette campus with facilities designed to promote teaching and learning through the use of desktop computer systems.

Dell device discounts
Purdue IT Shopping Online provides access to the online Dell storefront with special Purdue pricing on computers and other electronics. Equipment can be ordered online and delivered to a home address.
DocuSign
DocuSign is a tool for managing and gathering approvals quickly and securely using any Internet-connected device. Users can upload and send their own document or utilize pre-loaded forms.

Kaltura allows faculty to upload and distribute videos that can be viewed by students on a variety of platforms.
Purdue IT Knowledge Base
The Purdue IT Knowledge Base is a global knowledge base with Purdue-specific information through which users can search for tips and tutorials on resolving computer issues.

LastPass password manager
LastPass password manager allows users to securely store, generate, and manage their passwords.

Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication
Starting in the 2021 fall semester, Purdue is implementing Microsoft's multi-factor authentication process to help protect University email and your personal information from security risks.
Microsoft Defender for Office 365
Microsoft Defender for Office 365 is a security email service that monitors email traffic across Purdue University in order to protect you from malicious phishing campaigns, marketing spam, malware and more.
Microsoft Office 365
Purdue has licensed Office 365 from Microsoft to make it available for free on an individual basis to students, faculty and staff, including use on their personally owned machines.
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is a cloud-based collaboration application that is part of Office 365 and is available for use by Purdue faculty, staff and students.

Printing

Web-Conferencing Tools

Webex: Web-Conferencing Tool
WebEx is Purdue's centrally supported web-conferencing tool, allowing the use video, audio and phone connections.
WiFi: Eduroam, PAL 3.0
Eduroam is a secure, world-wide roaming access service developed for the international research and education community. It allows students, researchers, and staff from participating institutions to obtain Internet connectivity across campus and when visiting other participating institutions by simply opening their laptop.

Zoom
