I've got a bank notification that my credit card was charged from MSFT for something. I never have Azure subscription, so I have no idea what happened

2021-11-07T20:12:18.053+00:00 Hi,
I have the same issue and tried to create a support ticket as you described below. However, at the end it says that I don't have permissions to create a support ticket and must contact the owner of the resource. .. but there isn't any resource at all.. I have deleted everything, but still being charged and without the option to get support. Please help me create a support ticket asap.

2023-06-19T19:26:30.4733333+00:00 I just got charged with in a similar fashion. Is this some sort of scam that Microsoft is running now? And how did you even have access to my credit card information when I had withdrawn it 2 years ago? Why is Microsoft keeping it on file?
While selling your product you have a team of people following up consistently but to dispute why is it so hard?

2023-08-15T14:55:27.0433333+00:00 I just reported the Microsoft official response as False Information! When you have a charge on your credit card that you don’t recognize, Microsoft does NOTHING to help us understand what was charged, or just to simply get a copy of what you paid. So they are basically voluntarily blinding themselves to the problem we are presenting. If they change the way they approach the problem and help us tackling the problem to avoid this, that would be a great customer service, but obviously Microsoft do not need us, so they don’t care. And I don’t want to see anyone from Microsoft answering to this post with false information anymore. Unless someone comes with a straight answer, contacting us to get down to the bottom of the problem and doing something to prevent this from happening again in the future, don’t bother. Enough with wasting my time and all of my fellow victims of this scam!
